Q is everything I need included in the package
A Yes, if you are mounting the TV into the wall everything needed is provided. If you are surface mounting the TV you may need a VESA bracket, the TV is designed to
take a standard VESA bracket which can be purchased at many online retailers for around £10
Q Is your TV safe? aren't electricals dangerous near water?
A Yes, completely safe. Our TV have CE and ROHS certificates and fit with all EU regulation around using electrical goods in wet zones. We provide a 240V to 12V
transformer and the TV itself is only 12v.
Q Your TV seem a lot cheaper than some of your competitors, are they low quality?
A Absolutely not. out TV's use Samsung LCD panels, are HD ready and have many inputs including HDMI. We are cheap because our business model of manufacturing in the
Far East allows us to be very competetive
Q How about delivery, how quick is it and what will it cost.?
A Often we can deliver to you next day but ocassionaly delivery can be up to 14 days. If you have an order outstanding and need to know when it will arrive exactly
please give us a call and we will let you know.
A The price of delviery is £7.50 plus VAT to all of the onshore UK. If you are in the EU then please order over then phone and we will quote you delivery

Q What if something goes wrong with my TV what will happen?
A Our TV's come with a standard 24 month warranty. If there is a problem please send the TV back to us (if you are struggling give us a call and we will help) and we
will attempt a repair, if we can't fix it we will send you a brand new one.
Q There was no invoice or warranty card etc with my delivery
A All this information is sent digitally to your email, invoice order information everything. If you need any support please email or phone using your order number as
a reference
Q Is this futureproof? what about the analogue switchoff?
A Yes totally futureproof, all TV have a built in freeview tuner and the latest connections, please don't worry about this.
